This is where the tender, goosebumpy, beautifully human stuff lives: poems, stories, videos, and creative sparks that warm the heart and wake up hope.
A little wonder. A little courage. A little proof that humans are still out here being quietly magnificent.
Heart Sparks
For the part of YOU that still believes in tiny miracles
Some sparks arrive quietly.
A line of poetry. A voice cracking in the right place. A story that reminds you your heart is not broken, just paying attention.
If I Can Stop One Heart From Breaking
By Emily Dickinson
If I can stop one heart from breaking,
I shall not live in vain;
If I can ease one life the aching,
Or cool one pain,
Or help one fainting robin
Unto his nest again,
I shall not live in vain
Not all feelings fit in a text message
Good news. Poetry loves a mess.
Some feelings are too weird, too tender, too tangled, or too wildly specific to explain neatly.
Excerpt from "You Make a Difference!"
— Marius F Robbertze
With every word, with every deed
We have the power, to plant a seed.
Of kindness, compassion, and love
That grows and flourishes, sent from above.
So let us strive, to make a difference each day
To leave the world, a better way.
Little reminders we forget we need
These are the tiny taps on the shoulder..
The “hey, maybe life is still beautiful” moments. The small things that somehow rearrange the whole room.
Pass It On
A warm fuzzy is lovely. A warm fuzzy that turns into a tiny real-life moment? Even better.
Try one tiny thing:
Text someone, “I’m glad you exist.”
Write down one thing you’re grateful for and tell the person.
Step outside for five minutes and notice one beautiful thing.
Send an uplifting video to someone who might need it.
Say the kind thing before you overthink it.
