Simple Connections... Around the block and around the world.

Simple Connections... Around the block and around the world.

Common Ground Gatherings

These guided social experiences are designed for humans who are tired of small talk but love real connection. Using playful prompts, light-hearted activities, and conversation starters, participants explore shared experiences in ways that are safe, inclusive, and meaningful. Snacks, laughter, and joy are encouraged.

Each program is designed to be accessible, inclusive, and human-centered. They foster social bonds, promote well-being, and create experiences that participants can carry into daily life. Each gathering is a puzzle piece contributing to a bigger picture of a more connected world.

Soul Food

Food has magic. It’s the universal bridge breaking down walls one bite at a time. Our gatherings, whether they’re identity potlucks, storytelling dinners, or wild themed nights (think “Grandma’s Recipes Only” or “Around the World in Seven Dishes”), invite people to bring their whole selves to the table. Because let’s be real: every dish tells a story, and every story deepens understanding. These “Plateful of Stories” nights can unfold in living rooms, restaurants, parks, or even online kitchens. It’s flexible, it’s flavorful, and it’s proof that a shared meal can be the shortest distance between two hearts.
